The space
This newly refreshed condo features fresh coastal modern decor throughout, intelligent TV's in each room and a entirely outfitted kitchen to make cooking a breeze. Sit on the private balcony and savor your morning coffee or evening drink while watching the waves wash over the sand. Make a splash in the community pool when you're ready for a break from the beach. Outdoor shower and picnic tables are shared by the Condo community for you and your guests to use as well.

This is a first floor condo located above parking area and there may be noise from other units around/above our unit potentially heard. *Short staircase to access the condo. No Elevator on site.

Kayaking, motor boating, and surfing/body boarding offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.

Sticking to a spending budget:

• June, July, and August are high season in the Southport area. Book your rental home in Fall or Spring months to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
