From the balcony you'll see sunrises, dolphins swimming, pelicans & during peak season there is a full fireworks display every Thursday nighttime! It's a 5 min. walk to the Ocean Grille and Tiki Bar and 1.2 miles to either the Carolina Beach boardwalk & the Kure Beach Pier. For a fun day trip, take the ferry to Southport, visit NC Aquarium, or tour the Battleship just off historic downtown Wilmington!

This condo has it all, great vistas from your private balcony, Ocean just steps away, year-round heated indoor pool and hot tub, and a seasonal outdoor pool.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, direct access to the oceanfront balcony, a flat screen TV, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a closet with hangers.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, a flat screen TV, a closet and also direct access to a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The 3rd bedroom is equipped with two twin size beds. There are additional blankets in the closets and additional towels in the bathrooms.

When to visit Carolina Beach & When to book:

  • Summer is the most expensive season in the Southport area. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is one of our best tips for saving money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • In the Southport area, The sooner you can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental property up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your group qualifies for a discount.
