Ocean FRONT bungalow with plenty of beach to play! On the East end of the island, where you have the beach to yourself! Sleeps up to 15 in this 4 bedrooms and 2 baths home. Expansive vaulted ceilings make this open concept living room, dining area and kitchen feel bright and beachy. New furnishings in the living room with flat panel T.V. and DVD player. Brand new laminate floor throughout, ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. Expansive oceanfront decking, 30 foot by 40 foot with a covered porch for shade. 14 steps to the sand!!!! All bedrooms have flat screen TVs, 1 DVD player, wireless internet access, outside shower, washer/dryer, gas grille. Central Air. Non-smoking, dogs allowed with proper consent from owner.
Linens and towels are not included, please reach out to the owner for local rental companies.

Sleeps 15. Linens: King, Queen and Single/Single bunk, Single w/Single trundle, Double and Double/Single bunk and Queen air bed. The home accommodates multiple families because of the layout that divides the bedrooms. Check availability for LAST MINUTE SPECIALS!

Note: 2 of the 15 count for sleeping arrangements includes a deluxe queen air bed in the living room.
