OCEAN FRONT IN ONE OF THE BEST LOCATIONS ON THE ISLAND--This 3 Bedroom (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins), 3 Full Bath Townhome in Wrightsville Beach, NC with beach access in front of the townhome is in a premier location located in the middle of the island & close to Johnnie Mercers Pier, many eateries & close to walking trails. This casual modren home has been completely refreshed, with pretty HW floors, designer tile, granite/granite countertops throughout, 4 intelligent TV's, wireless internet, DVD player, stainless appliances, oceanfront deck w/pub table & chairs. It is the closest thing on the island to a single family home with it's outdoor shower and cavernous back patio with both bench seating & hammocks, including a gas grille. Laundry room features huge capacity washer & dryer for your active family's needs. And a completely supplied kitchen, bathroom vanities, new furnishings, art & more are add'l features. Ample parking with tandem covered parking for two cars under townhome + additional reserved park. With all the space and amenities of a private home you could stay here your entire vacation and not leave!

Life guard stand is located at beach access (Post 10) in front of townhome Memorial Day to Labor Day. The famed "Loop" (2.45 mile) walking/running trail, that is the focal point of WB's exercise scene, is mins. from the townhome where you can discover the WB History Museum, Harbor Way Gardens, weekly Farmers Market (Spring-Fall), playground equipment, tennis & pickleball courts, soccer fields & more.

The enormous Ocean Front (OF) Master Suite features expansive vistas of the Atlantic Ocean & WB strand with its new crystal clear oceanfront window + black-out drapes, sizable intelligent TV, and a sitting area for calming, reading or beach watching. If one must work while on vacation, I wouldn't want to do it anywhere else--there is a desk in the master bedroom with striking vistas of the ocean. With all HW floors & tile (no carpet) you can rest simple in this low allergen environment during your vacation. Living room/Dining Room/Kitchen are oceanfront with a 50" intelligent TV, library of books, board games & more for both adults & kids. Convenient bags racks are in each bedroom.

Appreciate drinks, dining or sunbathing on Oceanfront deck or grille out on back patio! Loads of activities in the area, including shopping, dining w/wide variety of eateries to suit different styles & budgets, Jungle Rapids with go-carts or waterpark for the kids, putt-putt golf, windsurfing, boating, fishing, surfing/surf/paddle board lessons, swimming, cycling, tennis, golf and much more! Fresh daily caught seafood market on the island has seafood, vegetables & all the fixin's for your grilling needs. Downtown Wilmington, on the handsome Cape Fear River, is approx. 15 min. drive w/river walk, numerous eateries, stores, historical tours and USS North Carolina Battleship tours. Fort Fisher Aquarium is approx. 30 min. drive (ideal for rainy days, both kids and adults appreciate it!) & cozy ole fishing village of Southport w/oceanside stores & eateries...together make a great one day excursion. Another option is to take breathtaking ferry ride from Fort Fisher to Southport and to Bald Head Island.

Bath towels & bed sheets are furnished. Beach chairs, body boards & beach umbrella for guests use in laundry room. Bicycles for rent on the island.
