Oceanfront, first floor condo with private walkway to the beach. Our comfortable condo offers 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths and has everything you will need for a ideal vacation hideaway.
* 2 parking spaces are located in the gravel parking area.
*Family Animals are allowed with a pet fee- $125 non-returnable pet fee for one dog and a $200 non-returnable pet fee for two dogs.

Just steps to the beach through your own private walkway. The Mermaids Retreat is located roughly 15-20 walking distance to the pier and only about 5-10 mins. from the boardwalk. The condo features two bedrooms with one queen sized bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin sized beds in the second bedroom. Entirely equipped kitchen and washer & dryer available. Private parking.

  • The earlier your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are booked early.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can frequently help. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Upon check-out, take a final walk-through to confirm you have not leave anything behind. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a wonderful vacation? Many rental managers make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear about it.
