Open living and kitchen area offer plenty of room to savor time with family and friends while cooking at home. Private patio overlooks oceanfront. 2nd floor condo with covered patio with elevator. Additional sleeper couch accommodates additional guests.

Savor gorgeous oceanfront vistas with full view of the beach. Boardwalk 1.1 miles away and local eateries are walking distance. Community pool. Outdoor shower. 3 outdoor grilles. Parking for 2 cars supplied on open parking lot. No huge RV type cars or trailers allowed. No family pets allowed. No smoking in unit. This is a non smoking unit.

7 day stay required during peak season, May 31, 2024- Aug. 15, 2024. Check in / out on Saturday. Off season, two day minimum stay, longer term stay available, please inquire with potential dates.
