If you’re looking for the ideal beach hideaway, you’ve found it with this oceanfront condo in the heart of Carolina Beach. Totally modernized in March 2022, this bright space features ocean vistas throughout the entire home. The modern, open layout is ideal for connecting with family and friends. After morning coffee on the balcony, you can effortlessly whip up some breakfast in the updated kitchen and dine together at the breakfast bar.

When it’s time to head out, you’re steps away from the boardwalk, eateries, stores, and the beach. The community pool is open from April 15 – October 15 and there’s a foosball table in the common space as well. End the day in the comfortable living room with a little TV. Can’t agree on what to watch? No problem – each bedroom has a TV as well, and all feature complimentary cable. Extra perks include high-speed WiFi, central AC, and a private washer/dryer.

You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• Owners sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if discounts are available for your group.

• Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
