Wood floor added to living area and hallways in 2024. Two master bedrooms-one up with balcony access and one down. Covered porches and sun deck with rockers and view of ocean, enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold. Covered parking. Simple beach access directly across the street.

Though family pets are not allowed, please note that occasionally dogs may be present during an owner stay for those guests who are allergic to pets.
