Located in the heart of Wrightsville Beach near Johnnie Mercer's Pier and only steps to the sand, savor ocean vistas and the sound of the waves while calming on the covered deck. New to the rental market, Wright by the Pier has all new furnishings and décor throughout. Walk to shopping, dining, entertainment and the infamous Johnnie Mercers Fishing Pier.

This 1st floor condo offers an open floorplan living area and kitchen with access to the covered deck from both the living room and the bedroom. 1 King Bedroom, 1 Bath + separate constructed-in twin bunk beds and a queen sleeper couch for additional sleeping space.

No Family Animals, No Smoking.

Parking instructions:
Only 1 parking spot supplied, located in carport (2nd carport) from entrance. Sprinter vans will *not* clear the carport. Any additional cars must park in paid public parking.

PROVIDED: WIFI, entirely supplied kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bicycles and beach accessories are also included for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.

  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction.

  • At departure, complete a final walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did you have a fantastic vacation? Most rental home management companies make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was defective and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
