Very convenient location directly across from beach access. Enormous front porch catches prevailing breezes. 3 bd, 2 ba with full kitchen and dining room. TV area separate from private gathering room. Cable TV in living room and master bedroom and WIFI with Netflix and Roku TV. Washer and dryer. Parking under housefor 3 cars with plenty of additional room in back yard. Back area for boat storage. Sleeps 6. PET FRIENDLY with non returnable deposit. Must bring own linens and towels. Full kitchen with paper goods also supplied including paper towels, plates, toilet paper, tissues, etc. Some ocean view from front porch. Family aligned design entirely furnished...Living area can be closed off from the rest of the home. Ping pong table, corn hole, Bocci Ball, Foosball, 8 cool bicycles including two youth bicycles, plenty of chairs, umbrellas and tons of fun! Rock on the front porch and listen to the gulls and surf....come and relax!
