With beach access just a fast walk around the corner, the location is ideal for your family to appreciate a day at the beach. It's also mins. from all the trendy eateries, attractions, and shopping venues the island has to offer.

When you are ready to head inside, you will be welcomed into an open living space that delightfully blends traditional and coastal styles! There is plenty of comfortable seating for everybody in your family or group, equipped with two sizable ottomans to kick your feet up, an enormous couch, and a couple of cozy club chairs. The enormous flatscreen TV hangs above a cabinet outfitted with board games for the kiddos after a long day at the beach! The well-supplied kitchen will have you feeling right at home in no time, with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the supplies you'll need. For meals, you can gather around the huge table together in the separate dining space off the kitchen.

On the main floor, you will find one of the four bedrooms, featuring a king-size bed, a huge flatscreen TV, and an upgraded bathroom.

At the top of the stairs on the second floor is a great additional/bedroom, with 2 double beds and one sleeper couch! It also features a skylight and a flatscreen TV.

The amazing queen bedroom suite features a comfortable queen-size bed and a bathroom with a large vanity and tub-shower, and with a private balcony with ocean vistas. The fourth bedroom is a comfortable queen bedroom with gorgeous marsh vistas and painless access to the bathroom.

The outdoor area features multiple hammocks, a picnic area, a roomy outdoor shower, and a entirely fenced-in back yard.

We know you want to relax without stopping at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7-nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
