****PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited in Carolina Beach & Kure Beach. Guests are only allotted two parking spaces, and Parking Passes are required. Carolina Beach Realty (CBR) will not be held responsible for guests with more than two cars or for cars that are towed due to negligence to use parking passes. Parking is located across the street from Condo Building. Guests that park under Condo Building or in spaces that are designated for owners (not across the street) will be towed at the guests' expense.

About the Area

Located on the beach, this condo is in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach. Halyburton Park and Carolina Beach reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Tregembo Animal Park are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Find your best deal:

• In the Southport area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Reserving your vacation rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
• Summer months are high season in the Southport area. Booking your vacation home in the Spring or Fall is one of our best tips for saving money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.

• Just before checking out, complete a walk-through to confirm you did not forget any personal items. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
