“Ramsey West Unit” is a trendy 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse that is less than ½ block to the ocean front and a short walk to Johnnie Mercer’s Pier. Pack your fishing gear and spend your day casting a line or appreciate the sun and ocean vistas from the decks. The outstanding central location has made this duplex a favorite place to make family memories for decades!

The open floor plan creates a magnificent gathering space for families and warmly welcomes you to the home. The living room is furnished with a sizable Roku-enabled TV so you can watch all your favorite shows as you relax on the sectional couch.
