The “under the home recreational/living area” features a covered sitting area with modern "L" shaped outdoor couch, coffee table, patio dining table with 6 chairs, enclosed outside hot and cold shower, outdoor gas grilling station with paver walkway, hammock and Bimini hook and ring toss game. Outside by the pool there are four chaise lounge chairs, ideal for soaking up the sun or relaxing under the stars, and (coming soon) outdoor lighting with string lights and spot lights on the pretty palm trees. The additional side yard is the ideal place for kids to play. The entire outdoor area serves as a second living area for guests of all ages to spread out, socialize, relax, play and savor. The home backs up to a concrete canal, offering ocean, canal and marsh vistas and has a enormous, stable boat dock with ramp, boat cleats and ladder. There is a laundry closet with sizable washing machine and dryer, two bedrooms and one full bath on the first floor. One bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, large 55" 4K flat panel TV, ocean view and private balcony with two chairs, ideal for watching the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. The second downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a murphy wall bed system that can conveniently be converted to twin bunk beds, ceiling fan, large 43" 4K flat panel T.V., ocean view and large palladium window.
