As you enter the home you are welcomed by an open living room that flows seamlessly to the generously appointed kitchen. Accented by impressive wood floors and relaxing coastal shades of blue, this welcoming living space is really the heart of the home. Off the kitchen a staircase will lead you down to the ground level. A gorgeously supplied garage space provides magnificent storage for your beach equipment and even offers a few complimentary items for guests to appreciate. There is an in-law suite that is accessed from the garage level of the home. This sleeping area is furnished with a queen-sized bed, and TV. There is a full bathroom, washer and dryer, as well as access to the fenced backyard. This ground level entrance makes this bedroom ideal for teens or for adults that prefer a bit more privacy.

The upper levels of the home are accessed by a stairwell off the living room. The second living level of this roomy home features two guest bedrooms and a full bathroom. One guest room is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed, TV, and a sizable closet. Down the hall you will find a huge bathroom which includes a walk-in shower as well as a shower tub combination.
