Sea Colony 5A is an oceanfront first floor condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths in ELEVATOR building with many updates, located in center of island close to shopping and eateries. Complex has oceanfront pool, grilles and oceanfront walkway. Offers all the amenities of a ideal vacation. Living area w/tv and entirely equipped kitchen. Master with a queen bed and second bedroom with two twins. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Assigned underneath parking for max. 2 cars.

  • Summer is the most expensive season in Carolina Beach. To get the largest vacation home for your budget, we recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at Southport restaurants, tours, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • In the Southport area, The sooner you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked very early. Reserving your vacation home up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property managers typically offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance.   • Lock your vacation home while you are away. Protect the owner's property and your things!
  • Re-check every room of the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your belongings at check-out. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property a final time and scan for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent feedback to stimulate new reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback.
