Inside, you will find this unit very roomy and accommodating. You will have all your basic needs so that you can savor much needed R&R in a home away from home. Keurig coffee maker is available for guest use. Sea Colony has it's very own private beach access, grille areas, and a community pool. Please note that the pool is available from Mid April - Mid September (dates are determined by the HOA). Equipped with 2 Intelligent TV's (Cable is supplied on the living room TV only).

Parking: 2 Assigned Parking Spaces / Tandem / Under the building. Gas powered Golf carts allowed - NOT electric - same parking rules as car, must park in the carport with parking pass on dashboard or window.
