Cozy second floor condo located in Sea Trail Golf Resort, home of 3 impressive golf courses. Sea Trail also offers 2 pools, tennis courts, a exercise center and more. Most importantly, the condo is less than 2 miles from the beach!
Inside this comfortable, newly remodeled condo, you will find an open floor plan, well-supplied kitchen and 2 bedrooms with a bathroom in each. There’s also games and books for those calming moments and lazy nights.
The space
Condo consists of 2 cavernous bedrooms with a bathroom in each. Bedroom 1 has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed.

Each bedroom and the living room have a intelligent tv.

All TVs have Roku and you are welcome to use your own apps. HULU and YouTube TV are included.
Guest access
Entire condo except owner’s closets and hot water heater closet located in bedroom.
Other things to note
House’s Restaurant is located directly across from the condo and has an occasional band and karaoke nights. It makes for an enchanting nighttime and I highly suggest checking it out.

The condo is dog-friendly but there is a limit of 2 dogs. Size doesn’t concern me but being respectful does. Please do not allow dogs on furnishings(beds, couch, etc) and walk them regularly to avoid accidents in the condo. If an accident should occur, please clean immediately. You will be responsible for any damage and additional cleaning costs should damage occur. Cleaning supplies are under the kitchen sink. Please do not allow dogs to run in the condo as it disturbs the tenants below and can be destructive to the property. Please do not allow dogs to go to the bathroom on the sidewalks or areas where people walk. There is a designated area for dogs located in the grassy area across from The Village Activity Center.

If you plan to take your pups to the beach, below are the beach rules per Brunswick County-
From the Friday preceding Memorial Day through Labor Day, dogs are not allowed on the beach between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. After 6:00 p.m. and before 8:00 a.m., dogs are allowed on a leash no longer than 10 feet. After Labor Day and before the Friday preceding Memorial Day, dogs are allowed all day but must be leashed.
Just remember, whenever you're on the beach with your dog regardless of location, please be respectful of others and the environment, and clean up after your pet.

Sea Trail offers 2 pools that are supplied in your stay.
PLEASE NOTE-The Village Activity Center is located directly across from the condo and consists of an additional outdoor pool, an indoor pool, and other activities. The Village Activity Center requires an ADDITIONAL fee to use the amenities. This fee is not supplied in your stay. Fees can be supplied upon request.

While the condo is treated regularly for pests, Palmetto bugs are very common around places near the ocean and you may see them on occasion.

Tricks and tips to get the best Southport vacation property experience:

When to book & When to go:

  • In the Southport area, The earlier you can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental property 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Booking your Southport vacation home in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property managers usually offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for specifics.
  • Look for your local visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local stories, visitor guide magazines contain offers and deals for nearby attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.

How to choose and book the best Southport rental:

  • Begin by selecting potential vacation weeks and a maximum budget.
  • Determine how many beds and the bed configuration your family requires. Sea Trail Plantation, Close To The Beach has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is almost always accessible on booking websites. If they are not listed, email or call the property management company before reserving the property. Remember that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull out couches in living rooms.
  • If your group is traveling with pets, search for a pet-friendly rental. Ask for specifics on breed, weight, and type requirements. Usually, hosts charge pet deposits and fees.
  • If there's a particular Southport attraction you crave, look for homes that are either close by, or those that cater to your needs.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before booking

More tips for your visit:

  • Add the property manager's phone number to your phone. Print and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, stereo or kitchen appliance. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents many issues.
  • Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home when you are away, just like you would at home.
  • Note any damages to the rental upon arrival, and immediately e-mail them to the property manager. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that can be useful if damages are assessed.
  • Respect your neighbors. Frequently, nearby homes are filled by local residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking policies is the right thing to do.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can typically help. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Upon check-out, take a walk-through to confirm you haven't leave anything behind. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did your family have a fantastic vacation? Many rental home management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your rental and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
