Appreciate the island life in this handsome 3 bedroom home. Totally equipped kitchen, dining table seats 4 with breakfast nook seats 2. Cavernous living room with enormous flat screen Roku TV. Brand new LVP floor throughout. New sectional couch! Charmingly landscaped fenced in back yard. Master bedroom has king size bed, flat screen Roku TV and en suite bathroom, as well as private exit to giant back patio. Second bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV. Third bedroom has twin beds, and full size bed ideal kids room. Minutes from beach access and pretty spectacular walk over the canal. Well mannered, potty trained family pets welcome. We want you and your family and friends to have a calming, enchanting, care complimentary vacation.

When to book & When to go:

• Summer is the most expensive season in Oak Island. Book your vacation home in Fall or Spring months to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• In the Southport area, The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved early.
