Take a break and relax at this relaxing Sunset Beach. This space is a lockout unit similar to an adjoining hotel room. The space is a bit dated but very clean and less than 2 miles from the Ocean. Located in Sea Trail neighborhood you have access to the pools, gym, tennis courts, library and other amenities. There is NO Kitchen just a refrigerator and microwave. This is not suitable to prepare meals.

Located near the beach, this apartment is in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.

  • Summer is high season in the Southport area. Booking your Southport vacation rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property management companies usually offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses.
