This home sits in a great location that accepts you to listen to the sea breezes blowing through the trees while still being just two streets over from Middleton Avenue which leads to a public beach access that is open to golf cart, bicycle and pedestrian access. A pair of public beach accesses with parking for cars are available at 3rd Street East and 2nd Place West both of which are a two min. car ride away.

The master bedroom sits right off the kitchen area and features a king-size bed, a private bath and a roomy walk-in closet.

The second bedroom homes a queen bed and a constructed-in closet with a sliding door. The final bedroom sports a great spot for the kids with a double over double bunk bed that stores a trundle bed underneath to go along with an additional twin bed to round out the room.
