Summary:
Souls in the Sand is a handsome 2 bed/2bath oceanfront condo with epic vistas & less than 4 mins for your toes to hit the sand! You will appreciate to catch the gorgeous sunrise from the comfort from your private balcony!
Conveniently located to all things Carolina Beach: cycling, kayaking, fishing charters, hiking at the CB State Park and our famed boardwalks and fishing piers with great eateries and shopping! Downtown Wilmington and the airport less than 45 minuets away! Community pool too!

The Space:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

-Bicycle and golf cart units are available on the island

Getting Around:
- Free parking (2 spaces) at condominium - please display parking pass at all times and park in designated parking row. Also note, OVERSIZED trucks/cars and overhead storage on cars might not fit in covered parking spaces.

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on the beach. Carolina Beach Yacht Club and Marina and Carolina Beach Arcade are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Halyburton Park and Carolina Beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting.

You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.

Reserving your vacation property six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
