This vacation getaway is appealingly located in the Kings Lynn area on the west end of the island, gorgeously decorated, and will provide your family with all the necessities needed for a phenomenal Oak Island Feel!

There are four bedrooms and five bathrooms, plus a fifth dedicated sleeping space with two twin bunk beds in the rec room with upsized calming couch right off the lower patio and pool area. The roomy Master Suite and bath is located on the top floor and has a comfortable king-sized bed with its own private porch access that offers handsome sunrise and sunsets overlooking the waterway. Additional rooms - Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedroom 3 King bed, bedroom 4 has a set of bunk beds with two doubles and a queen pull out couch, and additional space 5 on the main level has a set of twin bunk beds. This spacious home provides room for everybody in the family to relax and savor their Oak Island vacation and includes plenty of space to entertain and dine. Preparing your favorite low country seafood dinner will be a delight. For a peaceful evening, relax on the back deck overlooking the marsh and the outdoor pool area where the whole crew can appreciate after a long beach day or mosey on down to the end of the dock at the water's edge and observe the wildlife. You are sure to see, osprey, egrets, heron, dolphins, and maybe even an alligator or two.

There is something for everybody. If fishing is your passion, this home comes with a private dock where you can catch the freshest seafood in town. We know you want to relax without any stops at the store when you get to the island. To get you started we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons. About the Area

Located in Oak Island, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Caswell Beach and The Point, while Franklin Square Gallery and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are cultural highlights. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are also worth visiting. Summer months are the most expensive season along the coast of NC. Reserving a rental home in the Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your family.
Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Just prior to departing, take a final walk-through to make sure you haven't forget anything. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
Inspect the property a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
