When you aren't dining in with a view, walk over to Beacon 315, a waterfront restaurant with a tropical bar. The marina also has shopping, a pharmacy, and the marina ship store.

This is a completely gated community complete with miles of walking and cycling trails. Other must-visit attractions include the darling town of Southport with eateries and stores, Oak Island pier, and ferry access to Bald Head Island for fun day trips.

In addition, guests will have access to the St. James Beach Club where they can visit the beach using a private entrance. The beach club includes a saltwater pool, changing areas, bathrooms, and a covered deck with tables to savor impressive sunsets over the ocean. There are foot showers and a walking path for an painless transition from beach to beach club.

Waterway Park is within walking distance of the villa. Guests have access to a shaded BBQ area with tables. The park also has a playground, bocci ball, volleyball, a pier for fishing, and a kayak launch.

Nearby, you can discover Long Beach, Skydive Coastal Carolinas, Oak Island Pier, and the area's many eateries and stores.
