About this Property

  • Sleeps 8
  • 3 Bedrooms
  • 2 Bathrooms
  • Condo
  • Approximately 1000 square feet

The impressive beaches of Ocean Isle await your visit! Our three bedroom, two bath condo is a 2-3 min. walk to the beach where you can savor the soft sand and warm ocean or the beach front pool that includes a sundeck and rocking chairs. There are two additional pools on the property, three tennis courts, freshwater ponds with fountains, and grassy areas for games. Our condo overlooks the sound between the ocean and intercoastal waterway. The vistas from our deck are handsome. You may appreciate fish jumping, turtles and dolphins swimming by, and birds of all species searching the water for their next meal. A leisurely walk on the boardwalk next to the sound is always fun as kids drop crabpots, and fishermen try out their luck. Paddle boarding and kayaking can be done right at the condo where a floating dock provides access to the water. Grills are also available for your use.

Our condo offers a entirely appointed modernized kitchen with new appliances, including washer and dryer. There are 4 HDTVs and wireless internet access. The living area overlooks the deck and sound. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds and shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom having a double bed with a single above it. All rooms have ceiling fans. The deck has a tall patio table and chairs. Sunset dinners on the deck are a ideal way to end a excellent day on the beach.

Within a mile of the condo, you will find eateries and bars, ice cream parlors, a fishing pier with an arcade, miniature golf, beachwear and souvenir stores, a nice marine life museum, and rental places for bicycles, kayaks, paddle boards and more.

If you want to venture off the island, a 15 min. trip will take you to Calabash, home of "world famed" seafood. Besides appreciating a meal, you can also watch boats come in with their daily catch. Fresh seafood can be purchased here as well. Traveling a little farther south (about 30 mins.) you will arrive in Myrtle Beach. A short trip north from Ocean Isle will take you to Wilmington, home of the battleship USS North Carolina and tons of other interesting things to see.

About the Area

Strategies to get the perfect Ocean Isle Beach rental home experience:

Get the best value:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is high season in Ocean Isle Beach. To find the largest rental home within your budget, we suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Southport attractions and restaurants.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer customers an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.
  • Often, management companies supply Southport area visitor guide magazines which will include coupons, either offered independently by local companies, or through a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Southport visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

Planning, selecting, and booking a perfectrental home:

  • Choose your dates and spending budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group requires. Spectacular Sunsets- Waterfront View Of Nature At Its Best! has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed types is regularly available on booking websites. Otherwise, email or call the property manager before you reserve the home. Remember that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches.
  • If your group is bringing pets, you'll need to find a property that allows animals. Ask for information on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Usually, property managers charge additional pet fees.
  • If there's a certain Southport attraction you long to visit, search for properties that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with a disability. Confirm all necessary amenities are available before booking

More tips for your visit:

  • Review check in & check out procedures before leaving home. Take a printed copy, and save the instructions to your smartphone.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, elevator or WIFI setup. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent quite a few problems.
  • Protect the property owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • To make sure that no damages are linked to your family's stay, inspect the rental for any problem areas during check in. Make contact with the host immediately to relay any damages. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having the recorded issues and contact attempts will be useful.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful visitors disrupting your peace. Employ the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and scenic spots you would've never otherwise known about!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • At departure, complete a walk-through to confirm you didn't leave anything behind. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on good ratings to drive new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will be thankful you shared your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to remedy it.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
