  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all of your things. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
