“Stella Mia Upper” offers a chic design that is very welcoming and makes for a very comfortable vacation. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing daily meals and provides a realistic space to accommodate various living styles. A little breakfast table in the kitchen is great for casual meals or a fast breakfast before hitting the beach. The living and dining areas are combined, making this a ideal space to connect with family and friends. The simplistic and striking décor is minimalistic but makes a enormous impact! Parking: Parking for 2 cars. There is one off street parking space in the driveway to the left of the garage. Property comes with one on-street parking pass available for a total of 2 parking spots. On street parking first comes first serve. Garage is not supplied with rental.
Pet Policy: Animals Considered. Family Pets are negotiable with non-returnable fee and returnable security deposit. Owner Approval Required.
Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Pets, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
