This suite is located on the first floor with a private balcony overlooking Banks Channel. All condos are gorgeously decorated according to our high standards of both comfort and practicality. Two T.V.s are supplied for viewing in both the bedroom and the living area. There is a king-size bed in the bedroom and a Murphy-style queen-size bed in the living room that accepts for a flexible sleeping arrangement in the suite. The interior of the refreshed condo features all the amenities of home. The entirely equipped kitchenette has a full-size refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, two-burner cooktop and dishwasher. The basic pots and pans are supplied for cooking simple meals. There is a Keurig coffee pot and an ice maker in the refrigerator. This is the ideal location as it is within walking distance to shopping, a wide range of eateries for dining out, and a local grocery store. Once you are here, you can park your car and relax. There is a guest laundry facility located on our second floor.

PARKING at Summer Sands is VERY RESTRICTED. There are parking spaces sufficient to allow ONE car per unit. One parking pass will be issued for the unit. No additional passes can be included due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional cars will need to park in paid public parking.

PROVIDED: WIFI and linens, including all linens + bath towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

DISCLAIMER: The common areas of Summer Sands are equipped with security cameras; this does include the area of the community swimming pool.

Please notify our office if you’re planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A max. of 2 family pets are allowed. ONLY DOGS ARE ACCEPTED. The pet fee is $25/nighttime per pet and $200 per pet on stays 8 nights or longer, plus tax. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-returnable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet max. policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

**Please note: All service animals and emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals. **

No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Animals must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.

Located in Wrightsville Beach, this condo is by the sea. Wrightsville SUP and Children's Museum of Wilmington are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Aussie Island Surf Shop and Cape Fear Paddleboarding. South End Surf Shop and New Hanover County Arboretum are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

When to go & When to reserve a Southport rental home:

  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Wrightsville Beach. Reserve your rental in Fall or Spring to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family.
  • Booking websites often offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for details.

  • Upon check-out, take a walk-through to confirm you did not forget any personal items. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
