Welcome to our Efficiency Apartment with a private entrance, conveniently located just 1.9 miles away from Sunset Beach Pier, accepting painless access to the handsome beach. While it is an older unit, rest assured it has been meticulously maintained and is kept in impeccable cleanliness.

Please note that the apartment does not come with a stove or range, but we offer alternative cooking options to accommodate your needs.

During your stay, you'll have the privilege of accessing the magnificant amenities of Sea Trail, which include tennis courts, pools, and a well-equipped workout room.

Please note this private entrance lockout is very similar to a hotel room. There is no stove or oven, just a microwave and a refrigerator. There is a modest balcony. There is no smoking allowed in the unit.

Located near the beach, this condo is in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve, while Sunset River Marketplace and Museum of Coastal Carolina are cultural highlights. Ingram Planetarium and Tribal Island are also worth visiting.
