Located near the beach, this condo is in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve, while Sunset River Marketplace and Museum of Coastal Carolina are cultural highlights. When to book & When to go:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Sunset Beach. Book your Southport rental in the Fall or Spring to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some property managers offer rate reductions for veterans. Ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your family.
  • Property management companies usually offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance.
