Surfside Retreat is located on the upper level of a Carolina Beach duplex. This home was newly modernized in 2021 and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Surfside Retreat is a ideal hideaway spot to relax but also has the amenities to work remote if needed. Appreciate a short 5-10 min. walk to downtown eateries, the boardwalk, and beaches to experience all that CB has to offer!!!

The Space:
All Going Coastal properties include bed linens, bathing towels, paper products, and soaps/shampoos. Please bring your own beach gear, or we can recommend our favorite local vendors for units.

The Neighborhood:
Surfside getaway is a super location- within walking distance to the famed CB lake, boardwalk, dining, shopping and more! Mix of full time residents and visitors.

Other Things to Note:
This home is equipped with a water filtration and water softener system. Savor filtered water from the kitchen sink tap and refrigerator!

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

Carolina Beach is home to this apartment. Federal Point History Center and Ocean Front Park are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved very early. Booking your rental six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
