Guest Access:
Parking for up to 5 cars depending on size. This home is located directly off of N. Lumina Ave and is a block from the beach.

Other Things to Note:
1. *Please notify our office if you plan to bring your boat.*
2. Elevator is reliable but not guaranteed.
3. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.
4. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.
5. **All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals. $200/per dog for any non-service animal coming to stay (2 pet limit).

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Wrightsville Beach. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes.
• Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a special rate.
• Booking websites often offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses.
