Gause Landing! Private home rental. Magnificent home located on the Intracoastal Waterway at Ocean Isle Beach (Mainland side). Bring your family and make memories at one of the most special places on the Carolina coast. Spend the week or weekend being lazy among the massive oak trees, the changing tides and the gorgeous sunsets. You have found it, slice of heaven. The Mazelle Porch has been in our family for over 25 years and oh the memories we have made and now we want to share this impressive getaway with your family. Main floor, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, kitchen, sizable living room, sunroom, porches!!! Up to 4 people. This is a private rental. No one else in home or on property. This is just a way to stay at this ideal spot as a smaller group.

Ocean Isle Beach is home to this vacation home. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.

How to get the best rental home value:

  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • To book the best rental home within budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean?
