Welcome to "The Regency!" You will be living the "sweet life" on this modern, impeccably constructed and designed houseboat that offers all the amenities of home, including two living spaces, a gourmet kitchen, two beds, two baths, designer furnishings, and a deck to appreciate the sunsets on the Cape Fear River. Close to everything! Savor an onsite restaurant and entertainment pier, where concerts and festivals are held. Stroll the Riverwalk for breathtaking vistas, shopping, eateries, and entertainment.

Guests will have access to the entire houseboat. There is a locked owner's closet for our storage, but you'll have access to the rest of the home.

How to get the best rental home value:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer time is high season in Wilmington. Reserve your rental home in Spring or Fall to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property managers usually offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for details.

  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is regularly accessible on booking websites. If they are not listed, call the property management company before reserving your rental. Note that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds in living rooms. You'll need to work out what configuration is best for your trip.
  • If your family is traveling with pets, you must reserve a rental that allows animals. Ask for information on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Be aware that some property managers require additional pet deposits and fees.
