The Sunsetter sits right across the bridge onto Wrightsville Beach overlooking Banks Channel and is just steps from the beach.  It has been uniquely refreshed with one of a kind finishes and tasteful interior design, paying homage to the building's history while bringing it up to date with a Malibu surf style feel!  It has quickly become one of Wrightsville Beach’s most exclusive stays with its biggest attraction being the nearly 800sq.ft. entirely turfed private rooftop deck.

The Sunsetter is in the heart of ‘downtown Wrightsville Beach’ but is tucked away from the major commotion. Get to any of Wrightsville Beach's favorite places in seconds or walk right across the street and go for a walk around the island via The Loop!

Getting Around:
1 Town of Wrightsville Beach parking pass will be on the counter at check-in. Rules and regulations for parking will be on the back side of the pass.
Paid parking is enforced from 03/01-10/31, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily at the rate of $5.00 per hour.

Other Things to Note:
1. NO assigned parking- One WB parking pass supplied.
2. ***NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit***
3. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB
4. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.
5. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.

Tips for getting the best Wrightsville Beach vacation rental experience:

Finding your perfect rental home:

  • In the Southport area, The sooner your group can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are reserved very early. Booking your rental property up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
  • Summertime is high season in Wrightsville Beach. Book your Southport vacation in Fall or Spring to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
