Just a short walk to everything CB has to offer- eateries, bars, ocean, greenway, farmers market at the lake, and the boardwalk. You literally will not find a better spot to be! You will appreciate staying here because of the amenities, the refreshed space, and the view!
Please no golf carts on the property, as they will be towed. This property is located on the third floor with no elevator.

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is by the sea. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Halyburton Park and Carolina Beach Lake Park, while Federal Point History Center and Ocean Front Park are cultural highlights. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting. With motor boating, surfing/body boarding, and fishing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
