The master suite includes a king size bed, attached full bathroom, and private balcony with water vistas. The queen bedroom features water vistas, and the bunk bedroom offers a twin over twin bunk bed, plus an additional twin bed with intelligent tv and more water vistas!

The resort pool is available by Memorial Weekend and closes by October 1st. (The pool may open as early as May 15th and close as early as Labor Day.)

Parking instructions:
2 parking passes included. 1 assigned spot and 1 overflow spot. No additional parking passes can be supplied due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional cars must park in paid public parking.

**Renovations for the deck railings are underway during the winter. Construction noise will be taking place Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. We apologize for any inconvenience and noise this may cause during your stay and appreciate your understanding.**

Community washer and dryers are located on floors 2-10 and are available on a first come first serve basis.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay.   • June, July, and August are high season in the Southport area. Booking in the Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • In the Southport area, The sooner your group can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked early. Booking your vacation rental six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for specifics.

  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like troublesome vacationers bothering your peace. Use the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great local food and places you would've never otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home when you are out, just like you would back home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on excellent ratings to compel new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to solve it.
