The home features an open inverted floor plan with roomy living areas and sweeping 270-degree vistas all accessible through an Elevator.

The ground floor includes an enclosed garage making storing your beach gear a breeze. The first floor includes four bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom, flat-screen TV, and ample closet and storage space. Two bedrooms have queen beds, one has a king bed and the other bedroom contains four twin beds. The first floor also includes an additional den area, which is ideal for kids and includes a huge flat-screen TV, wet bar, drink refrigerator, and sink. The second floor has a cavernous living area, dining area, state-of-the-art kitchen, and additional-huge pantry.

On the second floor is also the true primary bedroom with a king bed and a gorgeous additional-sizable bathroom including a walk-in shower and separate bathtub. The kitchen is a chef's dream with elevated finishes, a gas stove, and refreshed appliances. Savor meals for eight at the dining table with another 4 at the stunning kitchen bar. The owners spared no expense and even the boardwalk to the beach was designed to simplify your life is constructed without any steps and directly into the first-floor porch. A gas grille is supplied for convenience as well as a high chair in the kitchen pantry. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality' Luxe style! Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including K cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

As a gift to you, this home offers a $250 credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bicycles, kayaks, paddleboards, body boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a modest delivery fee may apply. This home accepts short stays, a minimum of 4 nights, up until the end of the year in advance. All short stays (nightly units less than 7 days) include our Hobbspitality standard linen drop-off and departure cleaning. Please be aware that specialty housekeeping services such as Ready for Bed, Convenience Service, and towel sets are only supplied with weekly units, but can be added to your nightly reservation for a fee. Owner-coordinated cleaning and linens will not allow these add-ons.
