When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Extensive Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Substantial Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Giant Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

• Inspect the rental one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Did you have a wonderful vacation? Most rental home management companies make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was great, they would love to hear about it.
