Are you ready to appreciate a peaceful family beach resort on the North Carolina Coast? There is a lot to do in Sunset Beach which is ranked number 4 on the National Geographic's 21 Finest Beaches in the world. You can visit the close by towns of Ocean Isle, Calabash, and Shallotte. Little River is just mins. away and Myrtle Beach is a thirty min. drive.

This vacation home is hidden in the Sea Trail Resort, which is only 1.5 miles from the beach. Sea Trail has three signature golf courses, (Rees Jones, Dan Maples, and Willard Byrd), there are multiple community pools; one is just across the street from our condo. As a renter, you will have access to this pool and the handsome Pink Palace. There is a brand new restaurant, Bistro 55, located in the Convention Center which is walking distance from the unit. There is plenty of space to take a walk or ride a bicycle. If you savor ocean charter fishing or boat units, they are only a few miles away.

This condo is ready for your stay and to enjoy your vacation. It has been newly painted throughout and has new luxury vinyl floor. It is a 1,292 square foot unit with a main villa and a junior suite. It has two very cavernous bedrooms with two queen size beds in each room. Each bedroom has a full bath and a bathtub. The junior suite has a full size refrigerator, microwave, and convection oven/broiler. The main villa has a full size kitchen supplied with all cooking necessities. There is a pullout couch bed in the living area. The main villa has a balcony with plenty of seating overlooking the golf course.

About the Area

Located in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach, this condo is next to a golf course and on a lake. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
