Spend the day soaking up the sun on the beach or the private Cabana pool, and prepare a full meal right from your home away from home! Stunning vistas and a clean comfortable getaway are awaiting you at The Wave Watcher @ The Cabana!

This is the only private, gated community building on the boardwalk with an elevator and covered parking, located next to the Hampton Inn.

Walk or ride your bicycle to basically ANYTHING in CB! Guests using one bedroom suites are allowed one paper parking pass. There is first come first serve, covered parking under the building and if that is full, there are two tons across the street marked with a Cabana Owners and guests sign. There is a paid parking lot between the two cabana tons.
PLEASE download the AirBnB app on your phone BEFORE you leave for your trip so you have fast access to ALL check-in instructions, access codes, WiFi info, your home manual & guidebook. If you need help accessing this info or have a question please keep ALL communication via the AirBnb app - this is what they prefer we do.

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on the waterfront. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Southport attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some property managers offer discounts for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses.   • At departure, take a final walk-through to confirm you didn't forget any personal items. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
