Unbelievable location! Our 4 bedroom, ocean front home is the ideal family vacation spot! There are 3 bedrooms in the main home and a guest crofter. Our home has a traditional floorplan with a cavernous, open design. The living, dining and kitchen are on the first floor. The other 3 bedrooms are located upstairs including a sizable master suite over looking the ocean. Appreciate the broad back porch while watching the spectacular sunsets. We have 2 golf carts for your enjoyment, beach gear and wifi.

Cost saving strategies:

• To find the largest vacation home within your budget, we suggest booking in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Southport attractions and restaurants.
• The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are booked very early. Booking your rental home six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
• Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
• Booking websites typically offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for additional information.

Remember that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which often includes pull out couches in living rooms. You'll need to work out what configuration is suitable for your family.
• If there's an individual Southport destination you love, search for rentals that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
• Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before reserving a rental
