This charmingly decorated 7 bedroom waterfront fresh home is a great choice for a huge family group with tons of room.
Just 400 yards from the beach access, and 1/2 mile from parking at the ocean front Isles Beach Club pool. Pool privileges supplied for all guests of 123 Via Soundside Dr. The Isles Beach Club is an ocean front private pool that also has an elegant restaurant.
On the West side of the island, about 1.6 miles from the island center, the 123 Via Soundside has a outstanding location. The sunsets you will see from the back deck are picture ideal. It is short walking distance from the Isles Restaurant. The 123 VS guests have privileges at Isles Beach Club that is a 10 min. walk (but also has parking) from the home and features a sizable ocean front pool (see photos). There is a closer beach access area which is about a 5 min. walk. This home is enormous at over 3700 square feet, broad decking on all three levels overlooking the inlet, and ample parking.
The reverse floor plan is open in the kitchen, dining, and living area. There is a huge entirely equipped kitchen with high-end appliances. The kitchen and bar countertops are granite and fresh, as are all bathrooms. Like everything in the home the living area is huge and comfortable for family gatherings and entertainment. The dining table seats has 8 full size chairs, but is very large and can comfortably seat up to 10 with stools close by and the kitchen bar another 5.
