The second family room is huge and you will find the additional space makes this home very comfortable for enormous extended family groups. High Speed internet hookup for your laptop. 55" HDTV on upper Level and 65" HDTV on lower level.Upper level great room has kitchen, dining area, nice seating with 2 sizable bedrooms off to the poolside of the home. Enormous kitchen bar seats 6, plus full sized dining table next to kitchen seats 8, and coffee table in great room for overflow.The 31E1 has a nice poolside bar. A nice added touch you will find is very convenient. Keep exhilarating drinks in the mini refrigerator to appreciate while using the pool area.
