There are two queen beds and two king beds. Linens are not included, but can be rented through local companies, if desired. The home sleeps eight guests comfortably. There is also a pack-n-play. The downstairs bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower, as do the upstairs bedrooms. A roomy living area with vaulted ceiling offers tons of amenities including a 50" Intelligent TV, wi-fi and a Blue-Ray DVD player provides a comfortable getaway. Each bedroom has its own TV.
