"Summers Sunset" is a handsome privately owned 9th Row, top floor condo located on 27th Street on the West end of the Island. This unit offers vistas of the Ocean from the screened porch as well as charming sunsets and is close proximity to the market and pier. This condo has Merge cable via a Fire-Stick. This home is Non Smoking & No Animals allowed. Home is not equipped for Electric Car Charging and only has 2 parking spaces. Sunset Vacations is the Management Company. Please check the Standard Equipment list under the Conveniences tab.

Sunset Beach is home to this condo. Cherry Grove Pier and Rees Jones Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina. Tribal Island and Planet Fun are also worth visiting.
