Interior amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 5 color cable TVs, 3 DVD players, WIFI & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, sundeck & covered porch. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** allowed home. LINENS PROVIDED FOR 2023 (WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY). HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING.

Located in Sunset Beach, this vacation home is by the ocean. Cherry Grove Pier and Rees Jones Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve.
