This home has been charmingly refreshed with modern nautical decor, granite countertops, and penny-tile backsplash. Ceramic & luxury vinyl plank floor throughout. The kitchen is well outfitted and offers a convenient laundry area and pantry. Appreciate watching the waves & sunsets from your marvelous covered ocean side deck. You'll also savor the open sun deck resting above the dunes and an open outdoor shower along your private walkway to the beach. Or, rinse off the salt & sand after a long day in the enclosed outdoor shower with hot & cold water.
