Leisure R's is beach bungalow extraordinaire & 1 block from the ocean, with marvelous Atlantic vistas. This home has a Crows' Nest where you can overlook the whole ocean while you are having your morning cup of coffee or your evening beverage. Animals and smoking are not allowed. Leisure R's sleeps 10. Two bedrooms with queen beds and two bedrooms with bunk beds and one single. Four parking spaces. A very welcoming space; home away from home!

Get the most from your rental budget:

• Summer is the most expensive season in coastal NC. Book your Southport vacation in the Spring or Fall to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.

• Inspect the property one final time and scan for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, take video of the property to record its condition.
