De Ja View, a elegantly well kept West end single family home with handsome vistas of the marsh at Madd Inlet and glorious sunsets, just a walk away from the beach, the best of both worlds. Interior amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, color cable TV, DVD player, stereo/CD player, WIFI & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, roof deck, sun deck, covered porch & floating dock. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING.
