Shoreline Bluff is a mainland Sunset Beach home located on the Intracoastal Waterway along Shoreline Drive West. It features five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, waterway pier, and a private pool with gorgeous vistas of the Intracoastal Waterway. It's just mins. away from award winning golf courses and is a five min. drive to the beach. This impressive home has everything you want for your ideal vacation! Shoreline Bluff is privately owned and Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services. Each reservation includes four parking passes for island parking at our Sunset Beach office. 

Not only is this the ideal vacation rental for families, it is also the very first of our properties to double as an event venue for weddings, get-togethers and other special occasions!  Please contact us for more information about events before reserving. Additional costs and contracts are required to host events at Shoreline Bluff. Nightly stays are available with a minimum of four nights.

This is a Linen Ready home – bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be included at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival.

About the Area

Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach. Oyster Bay Golf Club and Oyster Bay Golf Links are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve. Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting.

When to visit Sunset Beach & When to book:

  • To find the best rental for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Southport attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean?
